Human beings possess extraordinary developmental potential.

Yet potential alone changes nothing.

People develop through interaction; with information, environments, other people, challenge, consequence, ambiguity, failure, success, reflection, and reality itself.

The Wayfarers Institute studies those developmental relationships and translates what is discovered into approaches that help people become increasingly capable of functioning within reality.

We do not exist to define another person's purpose.

We seek to help develop the capacity necessary for people to discover and pursue purpose more truthfully and deliberately.
